Recycle, Up-cycle, Reuse, Repurpose
I love to give new life to things I have found while out walking on a trail or by a river bank, things I have found in a bin at the back of a junk shop or things others have discarded. I bring them home, clean them up and make something beautiful with them.
Eco-Friendly
For the majority of the items I create, I use an eco-friendly cord from Ganxxet. They have one of the highest quality up-cycled cotton cord on the market, made from cotton fabric remnants from the garment industry. To get the color, they don’t dye the fiber, they choose similar color remnants, which are then broken down into cotton fibers again and then respun into cotton threads and cording. With this manufacturing process, water usage is reduced in half and as well as a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. Ganxxet is proud to meet the European and American standards and norms that keep you and our planet safe.
