The best way to remove dust is to use the brush attachment on your vacuum. Lightly and slowly go over the wall decor piece to remove dust. If there are delicate elements on the decor, place a lightweight fabric over the brush to prevent these elements from getting sucked into the vacuum or otherwise damaged. It is best to do this on a regular basis so dust and grime do not build up.
Vacuum your plant hangers with the brush attachment on your vacuum on a regular basis to keep dust and dirt from accumulating. If you plant hanger gets dirty or stained, you can spot clean or hand wash with a mild soap and cool/cold water. Rinse thoroughly, then press between towels to remove excess moisture. Dry flat. Note: unless otherwise noted the plant hangers are made from 100% cotton material. This will deteriorate over time if exposed to excessive moisture and/or ultraviolet light. Fading may also occur when exposed to ultraviolet light over time.
Yes, if you saw something on one of my social media posts or at an event and it is not in the shop, contact me. I do not have all my available products posted in the shop.
In most cases, yes. Look for Customizable in the descriptions. Cord colors, length of plant hangers, sizes of some wall hangings are some of the things that are able to be customized. Prices and design may vary slightly from the original depending on changes being made. Contact me to discuss the details.
Customization is making slight alterations to an existing stock item that I produce in order to better fit your needs. Examples include making a longer plant hanger to accommodate higher ceilings or changing the cord color.
A commissioned item is a unique piece made specifically for you, to fit your needs, size requirements and design aesthetics.
They are a computer generated approximation of the color so I can not guarantee that they are totally accurate. If in doubt, you can request a photo or an actual sample of the cord prior to making your purchase. Contact me with the item number and color and mention you need a color sample. I will send a photo first, if still not sure about it, I will send a sample piece of cord. I will also put that item on hold until you receive the photo and/or sample. Holds are limited to 7 days.
I only place a piece on hold if someone is waiting on a cord sample to confirm color. all holds are for a limited time frame (7 days max).
I offer flexible payment plans so you can claim your favorite piece before anyone else while being conscience of your budget. I mark the item sold when I receive your deposit. You will receive your item when payments are complete.
Any item $200 or more is eligible for a payment plan.
Contact me about the piece you are interested in. I'll work with you to set up a payment schedule that works with your budget over a 2 to 6 month time frame. You will be charged additional payment processing fees which will vary depending on the length of time and the amount of each payment. I will ask to keep your credit card number on file so that charges may be applied as agreed upon. I will email you prior to making those charges on your card in case there is a change. If for any reason you change your mind about the purchase prior to the final payment, all payments, minus the payment processing fees, will be refunded to you. For commissioned work, all payments minus the cost of materials and processing fees will be refunded to you.
